June Jefcoat is the owner and director of June's Dancers.   The inception of June's Dancers came in 1996, following the lead and location of June Montgomery School of Dance, founded in 1959.  Together, the two institutions are a Lafayette tradition, teaching excellence in character and dance for over 50 years.   Dancers from age 3-to-adult learn the art of dance in classes held Monday through Thursday. 

June’s Dancers have competed at several dance events throughout the years, have attended numerous conventions, and have held year-end performances at the Heymann Performing Arts Center on the first Tuesday in June of each year.  June Jefcoat is proud to continue the excellence of one of Lafayette's oldest and proudest dance traditions.
